Rollins Planetarium

The Rollins planetarium is one of the largest in the state of Georgia, is located in the Alva and Edna Maxwell Center on the campus of Young Harris College. It houses a Spitz System 512 projector under a 40-foot-diameter dome and is capable of seating 111 people in comfortable reclined chairs
Brasstown Bald
The Highest point in Georgia, Brasstown Bald is our closest neighbor.

Helen, is a quaint Alpine Village, tucked into the foot hills of the 
Chattahoochee National Forest. Lots of shopping, and great food. They
